In my emails, I share personal stories and lessons I’m learning from my own health and wellness journey, as well as ideas about how you can apply them to your own life. Behind these lessons and insights is often something I’ve read, learned, or listened to, so you can expect loads of health and wellness resources too.
My aim is always to help you take charge of your health so you can focus on going after your dreams and living your dream life and, besides my coaching program, this newsletter is one of my most personal ways of doing just that.
These emails are also where I share exclusive updates about what I’m working on behind the scenes, and give you the chance to be part of the process to make sure that the resources I’m creating will be helpful to you personally and answer your specific questions too.
Right now, I’m working on a FREE 5-part course called Empowered Eating, to help you stick to your healthy diet in the long-term easily, and to actually enjoy it, without feeling restricted or deprived of your favourite foods.
